Banquet Server
Banquet Server responsibilities include serving food and beverage to guests at Catering Events, in a positive friendly manner. A Banquet Server performs all tasks associated with setting up, serving and break down of function rooms where meeting and events are held. . You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, service, cleanup and tear down of events
• Deliver food and beverage to multiple banquet rooms within our 36,000 square foot Convention Center
• Grow your expertise at plated, buffet and social style events
• Collaborate with other banquet servers and kitchen staff
• Be on your feet for several hours at a time
• Work well as a productive team member
• Work Independently
• Read and Execute specifications listed on the Banquet Event Order
• Understand and Foresee Customers needs and be able to respond in a quick and effective manner
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Must have a friendly and professional demeanor
• Must be able to communicate in a effectively with staff, management and clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
